Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Contract Manager in energy, construction, or large-scale projects.
• Proven track record managing complex contracts and claims with limited oversight.
• Strong legal and contractual expertise including negotiation, preparation, and compliance.
• Advanced analytical and strategic abilities with excellent negotiation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in managing contracts and ensuring awareness of risk and opportunities across the project team.
• Supervise contractual risks and support variations, claims, payment requests, milestones, and third-party contracts.
• Analyze contract performance to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities for project management and controlling teams.
• Conduct risk assessments of terms and propose mitigation to minimize financial and operational exposure.
• Serve as the primary interface between project teams, legal, and finance for contract-related issues.
