EY-Parthenon in Copenhagen is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Transaction Strategy and Execution team. You will work across the full deal lifecycle from strategy to execution, collaborating with clients on high-impact M&A engagements.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of strategy and M&A experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Hybrid work arrangement and clear path to leadership are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in strategy and M&A consulting or industry.
• Inclusive approach with strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience across the M&A cycle (pre- and post-deal) and operational delivery.

Responsibilities

• Managing and driving workstreams across pre- and post-deal engagements
• Supporting business development through pitch content, proposals and client conversations
• Coaching and supporting more junior team members, and contributing to practice development initiatives
