Job summary

EY-Parthenon Copenhagen seeks an Engagement Manager to lead high-impact M&A strategy and execution projects. You will work with clients on pre- and post-deal work, shaping deals through technology diligence, IT strategy and digital value creation.

You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to the growth of the practice while embracing EY's hybrid work model and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7–8+ years of experience in M&A strategy and execution across pre- and post-deal engagements.
• Experience from client-facing or in-house roles across the M&A cycle and operational delivery.
• Ability to lead complex M&A engagements and develop the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre- and post-deal engagements, including product and tech due diligence, digital value creation, and managing workstreams in integrations or carve-outs.
• Assist in business origination, including pitches and presentations, within project teams.
• Contribute to practice development initiatives and recruitment/training of junior team members.
