Job summary

LTM, a Larsen & Toubro company, seeks an experienced Senior QA tester with 8+ years in functional testing within Insurance domains. The role covers end-to-end testing, test case creation, SIT, and UAT support, working in a hybrid setup with Danish and English language requirements.

You will collaborate with business and distributed teams, drive defect management, and ensure quality across complex workflows using Jira, Azure DevOps, and TestRail in an Agile Scrum environment.

Qualifications

• Senior QA testing profile with minimum 8 years of experience.
• Must support complex end to end functional testing and test case creation/review.
• Must perform functional SIT Testing and support UAT.
• Strong communication skills and proactive ownership.

Job Description

Senior QA testing profile with minimum 8 years of experience. The person should support complex end to end functional testing, contribute to test case creation/review, functional SIT Testing and support UAT, working closely with business and distributed teams. The person should be independent, proactive, with strong communication skills.

Required Skills & Experience (Mandatory)

• Strong expertise in Functional Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing (SIT), UAT support
• Experience across STLC phases:
  • Requirement analysis
  • Test case design, Test execution, defect management
• Ability to validate end to end (E2E) business scenarios and integrations
• Strong understanding of business workflows and domain logic
• Hands‑on experience in:
  • Defect logging, triaging, prioritization
  • Root cause analysis (RCA)
• Strong working knowledge of:
  • JIRA, Azure DevOps, TestRail, ALM
  • Reporting dashboards and execution tracking tools
• Agile Scrum environments:
  • Strong understanding of Sprint cycles, backlog grooming, defect triage calls
  • Ability to collaborate across squads
• Strong capability to:
  • Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners
  • Drive E2E test sessions across teams
  • Ability to communicate risks, delays and status effectively
