Job summary

Eursap is seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager to lead test management on a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation in Jutland, Denmark. The role is hybrid with 3 onsite days and 2 remote days every second week, starting September 15, 2026, for a 3–6 month contract.

You will own the test strategy across SAP S/4HANA scope, coordinate blue and white collar testers, manage SIT/UAT, defects and reporting, and collaborate with business, IT and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Proven test management leadership on complex, large-scale implementation programmes with organisation-wide impact.
• Experience managing testing involving both blue collar and white collar user groups.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholder groups with differing interests and levels of system familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Leading test management across the programme, including test strategy, planning and governance.
• Managing test phases through to sign-off (SIT, UAT, regression, cutover-related testing as applicable).
• Coordinating test resources and business testers across blue collar and white collar groups.
• Defect management, triage and reporting to programme leadership.
• Ensuring test coverage across S/4HANA and/or TMS scope and the associated integrations.
• Stakeholder management across business, IT and third-party suppliers.

Our client is looking for an experienced SAP Test Manager to lead test management on a large-scale transformation programme affecting a broad cross-section of the organisation. The Test Manager will own the test strategy and execution across SAP S/4HANA scope, coordinating stakeholders and testers from both blue collar and white collar populations with widely varying technical backgrounds.

Requirements

• Proven test management leadership on complex, large-scale implementation programmes with organisation-wide impact
• Experience managing testing involving both blue collar and white collar user groups
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholder groups with differing interests and levels of system familiarity
• ISTQB certified
• Able to be onsite in every second week, Tuesday to Thursday
