Job summary

Fastned is seeking a Senior Project Manager Construction in Denmark to lead the delivery of high-quality charging stations. You will work with the Construction Lead New Markets and the Country Manager Denmark, coordinating grid connections, partners, and site development across Denmark.

With 6+ years in deployment or construction, you will navigate stakeholder dynamics, travel within Denmark, and ensure safety compliance while shaping the market entry roadmap for a new country.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, business or equivalent.
• Experience in deployment and/or construction is highly valued.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and realize grid connections for projects in Denmark.
• Collaborate with engineering partners and manage material supply and planning.
• Monitor schedules and budgets; coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
• Visit partners and sites; develop roadmaps for construction initiation in a new country.
• Identify local partners, analyze standards, ensure safety compliance, and support network development activities.
