Job summary

NNE is seeking a Senior Manager of Construction Management to lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and alignment with NNE leadership principles, with on-site presence five days a week and occasional remote work possible.

You will drive cross-department collaboration, develop capabilities, and ensure project success through effective mobilisation, planning, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or a related technical field (M.Sc. or B.Sc.)
• Experience in construction and site management (typically 8-10 years)
• Familiarity with 4D/5D tools and digital construction management.
• Commitment to safety and experience in safety-critical environments.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing construction management team.
• Ensure successful project execution through site mobilisation and risk management.
• Establish and continuously improve systems for construction management (planning, resourcing, budgeting).
• Build and manage client relationships on site, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, quality standards and execution model.
