Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Hillerød is seeking a Project Manager to lead a portfolio of investment projects covering technical upgrades, renovations, and lifecycle investments at our critical production site. You will ensure safe, reliable facility conditions and coordinate with asset owners, users, and external partners across the local operations team.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar technical education and at least five years in project management.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar technical education.
• Have at least five years of experience in project management.
• Fluently communicate in Danish and comfortable working in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of investment projects covering technical upgrades, renovations and lifecycle investments.
• Oversee budget, timeline, scope and quality across project lifecycle.
• Drive procurement to secure engineering partners, advisors, contractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify user needs and manage project scope.
• Maintain focus on risk, compliance and operational impact to safeguard activities.
