FPRT is establishing a new composite production site in Vojens, Denmark. The Senior Composite Process Technology Manager will lead the transfer of know-how into controlled, scalable, and repeatable industrial processes, from pilot through ramp‑up to serial production.

You will build and lead a cross‑functional technology team, define process parameters, standards and work instructions, and ensure process integrity, safety and quality across the entire manufacturing system.
