LEGO Group in Billund, Denmark, is seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Development to orchestrate the Global Integrated Commercial Planning process and align cross-functional markets. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a hybrid week of Best of Both, with no relocation support and a closing date of 3 November 2026.
You will connect commercial strategy with coordinated action across LEGO markets, turning inputs into clear decisions for senior leaders and driving plans
Just imagine bringing product, marketing and sales together around one global commercial plan. Then make it real.
As our Senior Manager, Commercial Development, you'll orchestrate the Global Integrated Commercial Planning process, connecting commercial strategy with coordinated action across the LEGO® Group. You'll bring together global functions and markets, make sense of complex inputs and create the clarity senior stakeholders need to make decisions. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands–on delivery, helping commercial plans move from ambition to execution.
We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office location and 2 days from home if you wish. Relocation & visa assistance is not offered for this position. The closing date for all applications is 3rd November 2026.
If you've worked where strategy, analysis and execution meet, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to find the signal in complexity, communicate it simply and take ownership of what needs to happen next.
You'll join Global Commercial Development, working across markets, business units and global functions. The team connects different commercial perspectives, creating alignment where priorities naturally compete. You'll have room to be curious, ask thoughtful questions and make decisions, while staying closely connected to colleagues across the organisation.
You'll quickly establish a view of the full planning landscape and the people who shape it. You'll spot issues early, bring clarity to difficult choices and help stakeholders stay aligned through critical planning moments. Over time, you'll also help make Integrated Commercial Planning simpler, sharper and more effective across the LEGO Group.
Your workplace will be the office, store or factory specified in this advert.
Our hybrid work model, Best of Both offers you the option of flexibility to work from home up to two days per week. Your People Leader will discuss the principles of the model, including how this option applies to your role and team.
