Job summary

WSA in Denmark seeks a Senior Commercial Audiology Manager to lead audiology value propositions and translate clinical insights into differentiated commercial narratives across Signia, Rexton and Tactical Brands.

You will collaborate with Brand, Product, Marketing and regional teams to align scientific innovation with market execution, influence senior stakeholders, and advance cross-functional impact in a global matrix organization.

Qualifications

Deep expertise in audiology, hearing aid technology and evidence-based clinical practice.
Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into actionable commercial strategies.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
Strong presentation, communication and storytelling skills.
Commercial mindset paired with scientific credibility.

Responsibilities

Lead development of audiological value propositions across the assigned product portfolio.
Own and shape audiological messaging and sales narratives for brands.
Partner with Brand, Product, R&D, Marketing and regional teams for alignment.
Drive evidence-based differentiation and sales support materials.
Represent WSA externally through customer engagements and industry events.
