Demant's Oticon Brand Management is seeking a Campaign Manager to turn insights into compelling campaigns that resonate across markets worldwide. You will craft briefs, guide creative teams and collaborate with agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns that align with our brand strategy.

You will work with a dynamic, multinational team, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure consistency across channels. This is a full-time role based at our Smørum headquarters near Copenhagen.

Qualifikationen

• Experience developing and delivering campaigns, in-house or agency-side.
• A structured approach to projects, timelines and budgets.
• The ability to turn varied inputs into focused plans and deliverables.
• Confidence working across teams, markets and agency partners.
• A curious and collaborative mindset, strong eye for quality and sound judgement.

• Support the development of marketing campaign strategies and concepts based on business needs, brand strategy and audience insight.
• Create clear, inspiring briefs with campaign leads, agencies and internal creative teams.
• Coordinate stakeholders, deliverables, timelines and follow-up across markets and partners.
• Help build integrated, cross-channel marketing packages and ensure brand consistency.
