City Aalborg Denmark We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Architect to join our team in Aalborg Denmark As a Senior Commercial Architect you will be responsible for leading and managing various commercial architectural projects from conception to completion Your main goal will be to ensure that our clients commercial spaces are functional aesthetically pleasing and meet all relevant building codes and regulations

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements
• Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
• Create detailed architectural plans and drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
• Oversee the construction process and ensure that all work is completed according to the approved plans
• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Coordinate with contractors engineers and other professionals involved in the project
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial architect
• Proven track record of successfully completing complex commercial projects on time and within budget
• Excellent design skills with a strong understanding of space planning materials and building codes
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
