As a Senior Architect you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design, planning and construction of various projects within the city. This is a full‑time position with a competitive salary of 1300$ suitable for experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the design process for various projects ensuring they are completed within budget and on time.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to develop project plans and designs.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction is in accordance with plans.
• Review and approve design documents prepared by junior architects.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team.
• Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends, building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all projects.
• Make recommendations for improvements or adjustments to designs as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, building materials, codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
