As a senior member of our architectural team you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects from residential to commercial buildings. Your expertise and leadership skills will be key in ensuring the successful completion of projects within budget and on time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee architectural plans including site analysis, building design and construction documents.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions.
• Lead a team of architects, engineers, and contractors throughout all stages of the project.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and safety standards.
• Review and approve material selections and construction methods.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
• Conduct site visits to ensure the quality of workmanship meets design specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
