Job summary

Hemab Therapeutics is seeking a Director of Clinical Sciences to turn cutting-edge science into well- designed clinical studies. You will own protocol development, study execution and data interpretation while collaborating closely with Medical Directors and regulatory colleagues across two hubs in Copenhagen and Cambridge.

Qualifications

• Substantial clinical science or clinical research experience in drug development, with direct responsibility for clinical studies.
• Experience developing clinical protocols and interpreting safety and efficacy data from interventional studies.
• A strong working knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical study design and drug development in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical science contribution to study strategy, design and execution, keeping patient needs at the centre.
• Drive protocol development with the Medical Director, including amendments as needed.
• Review study data for safety and efficacy, identify discrepancies and actionable insights.
• Shape study documents and plans, including informed consent forms and data review plans.
• Guide sites and vendors on protocol requirements and participant management.
• Partner to analyze and interpret study results to build a clear data understanding.
• Translate study findings for internal and external audiences with the Medical Director.
• Develop clinical content for regulatory documents and submissions.
