Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience as a backend engineer with a solid background in distributed systems and event-driven architecture.
• Collaborative team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and helping others succeed.
• Clear communicator who works well within a diverse, cross-functional team.
• Golang experience is a big plus, not required—training will be provided.
• Financial or trading experience is a bonus, not essential.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of critical banking domains, developing and maintaining systems that power Lunar's banking products.
• Integrate with external partners to extend platform capabilities.
• Maintain high availability and resilience while improving customer experience.
• Explore how AI can enhance the banking experience from idea to production.
• Share knowledge and mentor colleagues to grow with the team.
