Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional backend engineering experience with a focus on scalable systems.
• Strong background in distributed systems and event-driven architecture.
• Collaborative team player who shares knowledge and helps others succeed.
• Clear communicator within a diverse, cross-functional team.
• Experience with Golang is a big plus, willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of critical banking domains, developing and maintaining the systems that keep our banking products running on a solid, reliable foundation.
• Integrate with external partners to extend and strengthen what our platform can do.
• Keep our systems highly available and resilient, while looking for new ways to make the customer experience better.
• Explore how AI can enhance the banking experience for our customers, from first idea to production.
• Share what you know and help the people around you grow, while staying open to learning from them too.
