Job summary

DANFOSS A/S is seeking a Senior Backend Developer for Edge Platform to design scalable backends and real-time data flows. You will work on edge computing services, connect field devices to cloud systems, and help improve performance and reliability across the platform.

Key responsibilities include owning features end-to-end, implementing MQTT-based messaging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years backend development experience with strong proficiency in Rust and/or Go.
• Extensive hands-on experience with MQTT and real-time messaging systems.
• Proven expertise in designing and deploying microservices in Edge environments.
• Ability to take ownership of solutions throughout the full development lifecycle.
• Professional English communication skills for collaboration and technical documentation.
