Job summary

EuroTech in Odense is looking for a part-time Senior Architect to lead design concepts and oversee construction projects.

You will manage a team of architects and designers, ensure building code compliance, and coordinate budgets, schedules and stakeholder communication.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture, 5+ years in design and construction management, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp.

Qualifications

Job description

We are hiring a part-time Senior Architect to join our team in Odense.

As a Senior Architect you will be responsible for designing and overseeing construction projects as well as managing a team of architects and designers. This position requires strong leadership communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and present proposals to clients
• Oversee the construction process and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Manage all aspects of project budgeting scheduling and coordination
• Lead a team of architects and designers providing guidance and support
• Collaborate with engineers contractors and other professionals to ensure project success

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and construction management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficient in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp or other design software
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility

We offer competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this part-time position.
