Job summary

Azure Dine & Hire in Esbjerg is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to support design planning and construction of diverse architectural projects.

You will collaborate with architects and engineers, produce 2D/3D CAD drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, perform site surveys, and compile specifications, cost estimates and material lists while ensuring compliance with building codes and standards. The role requires strong communication and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist.
• Excellent knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information necessary for project development
• Prepare project specifications cost estimates and material lists
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes regulations and standards
• Work closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects within budget
• Keep up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology related to architectural design

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
• Excellent knowledge of CAD software AutoCAD Revit etc
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this full-time position

Location

This position is based in Esbjerg Preference will be given to candidates who are already located in the city or willing to relocate at their own expense
