Shine’s Data team is expanding, hiring an Analytics Engineer to design and maintain cross-entity data models on Snowflake using dbt, Python, and Omni. You will enable analysts with robust modeling and consistent data quality, shaping how data is governed and consumed across product and revenue domains.

This role offers a hybrid work pattern with international teams, modern offices in multiple cities, and opportunities to influence the data foundation across SB & CPA domains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Analytics Engineering or related role.
• Expert-level SQL and dbt modelling techniques.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain scalable dbt core models on Snowflake for cross-entity analytics.
• Enable analysts with well-documented, reusable dbt models.
• Own model testing, documentation, and data quality frameworks.
• Drive AI-assisted workflows and CI/CD in the analytics stack.
