Job Description Do you enjoy building robust, scalable data foundations to enable fantastic insights generation for Operations with their ambitious automation & digitalization journey? We have an exciting role as a Senior Analytics Engineer in our Data Engineering & Analytics team! Come join us!
As our Senior Analytics Engineer, you'll help the LEGO Group build a reliable data foundation that enables Manufacturing and Engineering teams to make better decisions through data. You'll design and maintain dimensional data models, create scalable data products on Databricks, and support the delivery of analytics solutions that create value across Operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll combine data engineering, analytics, and business understanding to deliver solutions that people use and trust.
You’ll join the Data Engineering & Analytics team within Engineering & Workplace in Operations. Together, we help Manufacturing(shopfloor) and Engineering(R&D) in becoming even more data driven than today.

You’ll thrive if you’re collaborative, curious, comfortable working independently, and able to communicate technical concepts clearly while building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Success means delivering reliable data products that stakeholders trust and use. You'll help strengthen data modelling practices, improve the availability and quality of data, and contribute to scalable solutions that support an expanding manufacturing footprint.
Working closely with product managers, project managers, peers, and business stakeholders, you’ll help shape how data creates value across Operations.
