Job summary

Celonis is seeking a Senior Value Engineer to work with strategic customers, identifying AI opportunities and translating business challenges into scalable Celonis PI-based solutions. You will prototype AI capabilities and demonstrate ROI to executives, driving adoption and value realization.

The role centers on problem framing, solution design, and business impact, with emphasis on customer outcomes over pure software engineering. A Bachelor’s in a related field is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions consulting, data / AI consulting, technical pre-sales, sales engineering, value engineering, or customer-facing solution-architecture or AI roles.
• Translate business challenges into technical AI solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify High-Impact AI Opportunities with enterprise customers.
• Design AI-Powered Solutions combining Celonis PI with modern AI tech.
• Prototype & Demonstrate Value through proof-of-value work.
• Lead AI Innovation with customers via workshops, hackathons, and sessions.
• Drive Adoption and Business Impact with customer teams to realize measurable value.
• Develop Domain Expertise in industries like supply chain or finance.
