Job summary

Celonis is seeking an experienced professional to take ownership of complex workstreams and customer relationships in value engineering or pre-sales. You will leverage AI copilots to generate outputs and automations, while guiding multi-region programs with executive sponsorship.

A deep domain knowledge across Finance and Supply Chain, and a strong technical mindset are essential to drive value realization for top customers.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience taking ownership of complex workstreams, process areas, and customer relationships in Value Engineering, Consulting, or Pre-Sales.
• AI & Technical & Fluency: Solid background in enterprise IT and business software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Oracle). You operate primarily as an AI-fluent operator, utilizing AI copilots to generate outputs and automations, avoiding heavy manual coding.
• Builder Mentality: Comfortable setting your own direction within an account team. Driven to live for customer value , proactively hunting and ideating for highest-impact solutions.
• Process Improvement & Value Realization: Proven expertise in executing process improvements.
• Strategic Program & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated expertise orchestrating multi-region or business unit transformation programs. Expert at mobilizing VP/Director-level sponsorship. Flawless English communication with commanding executive presence.
• Domain & Industry: Deep understanding of the Finance/Supply Chain domains and Pharmaceutical trends. You stay continuously updated on business-critical use cases.
• Degree: Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, comparable technical degree or a Business/Economics degree paired with a technical minor
