EngineersOfAI is seeking a Senior Value Engineer to lead AI- and data-driven transformation in the Pharmaceutical sector using the Celonis Context Model. You will work with Lead and Principal VEs to orchestrate complex roadmaps, combining technical execution with consulting and project management.

You will drive value storytelling, manage stakeholders, and shape multi-region programs while championing platform adoption and continuous innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ownership of complex workstreams and customer relationships.
• AI-fluent operator using copilots to generate outputs and automations.
• Proactive in driving value and high-impact solutions for customers.
• Experience in executing process improvements and value realization.
• Proven ability to mobilize VP/Director sponsorship across regions.

Responsibilities

• Value selling and realization from discovery to ROI storytelling.
• Manage executive sponsorship and co-own change management.
• Steer global transformations across complex workstreams.
• Utilize AI tools for rapid outputs and platform adoption.
