Celonis is seeking a Senior Value Engineer to lead AI-driven transformations for pharmaceutical customers, blending consulting with program management and platform fluency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning complex workstreams and customer relationships in value engineering or consulting.
• Solid enterprise IT and business software background with AI fluency.
• Ability to lead multi-region transformation programs and secure executive sponsorship.
• Deep Pharma and Finance/Supply Chain domain awareness.
• Engineering/CS/Math/Analytics or compatible degree with business insight.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven transformations for pharmaceutical customers and drive end-to-end value realization.
• Coordinate with senior stakeholders, define roadmaps, and co-own change management plans.
• Steer multi-region programs, AI-assisted project management, and governance routines.
• Collaborate with Platform & AI teams to drive adoption and ROI realization.
• Provide strategic feedback to R&D based on evolving customer use cases.
