Job summary

RAMBØLL GRUPPEN A/S in Aarhus is seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer to shape and mature their AI practices. You will play a key role in developing methods, standards, and practices for AI systems, mentor a team of AI engineers, and ensure responsible AI usage in product development.

The position requires several years of experience in ML/LLM systems, solid MLOps practices, and proficiency in Python. A strong commitment to data security and ethical AI is essential. At least 3 days a week on-site work in Aarhus is required.

Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on experience in ML/LLM systems.
• Experience with evaluation and MLOps frameworks.
• Solid MLOps practices regarding deployment and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define evaluation practices for model performance.
• Establish MLOps foundations for LLMs and their deployment.
• Build production-grade LLM features.
• Mentor AI engineers in best practices.
