Job summary

Maersk is building an agentic platform to enable engineers to deploy and operate production-scale systems. You will own platform capabilities from design to production, focusing on reliability, security and cost while coordinating an agent fleet through complex workflows.

You will collaborate with domain teams to turn challenges into reusable tools, review outputs, and drive evidence-based decisions. Open source contributions and evolving tech are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience with MCP, orchestration, evaluations, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, observability, distributed systems, identity or authorization is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Own platform capabilities from design through production.
• Use your agent fleet to explore repositories, implement solutions, build tests and investigate failures.
• Verify agent output through code review, tests, evaluations, traces and benchmarks.
• Work with domain teams to turn recurring challenges into reusable tools and platform capabilities.
• Mentor less experienced engineers through pairing and constructive code reviews.
