Job summary

ROCKWOOL Group is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join the AI CoE at ROCKWOOL HQ in Hedehusene. The role involves building AI products, LLM solutions and scalable analytics in collaboration with global teams. Travel about 10% is expected to support international projects.

You will work with Data Scientists and ML engineers to design, develop and deploy production-ready AI solutions, focusing on cloud-based platforms and robust DevOps practices. Excellent Python and ML skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI and Data Science, manufacturing experience a plus.
• 2+ years working with LLMs, transformer models, vector databases, RAG frameworks, LangChain, etc.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy custom AI products and analytics solutions.
• Maintain and enhance GenAI products and LLM APIs.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
• Contribute to the core AI platform and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning (IaC) and CI/CD for AI workloads.
