Job summary

Columbus in Copenhagen is hiring three senior AI engineers to form the core of our Group AI engineering team. You will design and build the next generation of AI-powered systems that transform how thousands work across the Nordics and beyond.

You’ll work directly with the VP Group AI, with no layers— you build, you ship, you learn. This is production engineering at enterprise scale on the Microsoft platform, using the most advanced AI models available today.

Qualifications

• Experience designing LLM applications, including prompt engineering and tool integration.
• Strong understanding of context management, cost optimisation, and model behaviour at scale.
• Proven ability to design multi-agent AI systems that collaborate effectively.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Graph, Teams, SharePoint) and Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered systems at enterprise scale on the Microsoft platform.
• Collaborate with VP Group AI and ship production-grade solutions.
• Ensure reliability, security, and enterprise governance in deployments.
• Develop scalable architectures supporting retrieval-augmented generation and RAG.
