Job summary

All Gravy, the AI-native people operating platform for hospitality and retail, is hiring an AI Engineer to build the AI layer used across 2,000+ locations in the Nordics and UK. You will ship agents that plan shifts, answer managers, and take autonomous actions in production.

You should have shipped real agents, demonstrated curiosity, and possess strong TS/Node.js production experience. Offices in Copenhagen or London, remote options can apply.

Qualifications

• Built agents that shipped to real users and can discuss failures and improvements.
• Strong curiosity evidenced by side projects or experiments.
• Solid production engineering in TypeScript/Node.js or quickly able to get there from another typed language.

Responsibilities

• Build agent harnesses and ship agents that call internal/external tools for real customer problems.
• Own the eval loop with datasets, offline and online evals to measure agent performance.
• Ship full stack features end to end, from manager/employee interfaces to backend services and data layers.
• Run in production with attention to latency, cost, failure modes and guardrails.
• Experiment with new models/frameworks and report what to adopt or ignore.
• Collaborate across teams to fit AI features into the wider All Gravy ecosystem.
