Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Python experience building backend systems and integrations.
• Real AI agent development experience with LLM-powered systems.
• Production ownership with live users and production incidents.
• Early-stage startup experience and comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
• Customer-facing engineering experience translating business problems into engineering solutions.
• Ability to connect disparate systems through APIs and work with real-world data.
• Strong engineering judgement on when to use LLMs vs deterministic code.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI-powered agents that execute multi-step workflows.
• Own customer implementations from discovery to production onboarding.
• Develop integrations with ERP, APIs, databases, and email platforms.
• Engineer reliable AI systems with testing, monitoring, and observability.
• Work across the stack to deliver complete solutions (backend, APIs, data pipelines).
• Make decisions in ambiguous environments and iterate quickly to value.
