Job summary

If, the Nordic insurance leader, is expanding its Generators squad to evolve a GenAI-powered assistant into a personalized, action-oriented AI product across Denmark, Sweden and Norway. The role focuses on production AI systems, cross-Nordic deployment, and safe, measurable customer guidance in a hybrid work setting.

You will design, build, evaluate, and operate AI workflows using LangGraph, Langfuse, and Azure, collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical or quantitative field.
• Hands-on Python experience with FastAPI, Pydantic, pytest.
• Experience building LLM-powered/agentic apps (LangGraph/LangChain).
• Knowledge of tool use, orchestration, state management, guardrails, human-in-the-loop, safe fallbacks.
• Experience with AI evaluations and Langfuse observability.
• Proficient with Git, CI/CD (Azure DevOps), Docker, and Azure cloud.
• Able to explain technical trade-offs to engineers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Designing production-grade agentic workflows with tool use, orchestration, guardrails, and safe handover paths.
• Building the agent harness: runtime, context management, memory, observability.
• Scaling the AI assistant across Nordic markets.
• Integrating AI systems with internal APIs and data for personalized support.
• Improving retrieval, grounding, and response quality through experiments.
• Establishing evaluation practices and monitoring quality, latency, and cost.
• Collaborating with Product Owner and team via code reviews and knowledge sharing.
