Job summary

Halfspace, part of Accenture, is building production-grade Generative AI solutions with a focus on scalable, robust AI systems. You will work with engineers, scientists, and strategists to deploy real-world AI agents, optimize retrieval and data pipelines, and shape production practices for LLM-based applications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building production-grade Generative AI systems.
• Experience with agent-based architectures and orchestration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents in real-world development or applied settings.
• Strong understanding of RAG architectures, including retrieval optimization and vector databases usage.
• Hands-on experience with LLMOps practices: evaluation frameworks, regression testing, monitoring, and observability.
• Experience designing data pipelines for LLM systems (chunking strategies, embeddings, vector databases).

Responsibilities

• Build scalable, production-grade Generative AI solutions.
• Define best practices for production AI systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and strategists to deliver impactful AI applications.
• Prototype novel AI approaches and operationalize solutions at scale.
• Bridge research and engineering to turn ideas into durable, value-generating systems.
