Job summary

TriVision A/S is seeking an Aftermarket Manager to lead the Service department, grow aftermarket revenue through service agreements, spare parts and upgrades, and ensure fast, professional customer support in the field. The role combines hands-on service with software diagnostics, scripting and AI-enabled process improvements.

You will report to the Operations Director in Odense, Denmark, and collaborate with software and hardware development teams to enhance product offerings based on field

Qualifications

• You hold a relevant technical education or equivalent experience in automation, machine vision or industrial tech.
• You are comfortable with coding and can read, write and debug Python or similar scripts.
• Experience with technical service, support or maintenance, including people management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Service department; drive the aftermarket strategy.
• Manage and prioritise daily service tasks and technicians at customer sites.
• Oversee staffing, development and day-to-day motivation of the service team.
• Be the direct contact for customers by phone and email; resolve inquiries quickly.
• Own the aftermarket business: service agreements, spare parts and upgrades.
• Escalate complex technical and software-related issues; perform remote diagnostics.
• Write and maintain Python scripts and small tools to support diagnostics.
• Explore and apply AI tools to improve service efficiency and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with software and hardware teams to feed field feedback into product improvements.
• Implement and optimize processes for documentation, approvals and full delivery of service commitments.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and sub-suppliers.
