Job summary

Oresund Pharma ApS is expanding its Finance team at the Copenhagen HQ. The Senior Finance role focuses on accurate bookkeeping, AP/AR, and month-end activities to support rapid European growth.

You will manage day-to-day financial transactions, ensure precise coding, and contribute to strong financial controls and documentation. English communication and ERP proficiency are essential for collaboration across the expanding finance function.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in bookkeeping, AP, AR and month-end accounting activities.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience with invoice processing, payments and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions.
• Process supplier invoices with accurate coding and documentation; prepare payments.
• Process employee expenses and other expense-related activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing.
• Maintain financial master data in the ERP system and support VAT reporting.
