NextPartners in Aarhus, Denmark, is seeking a Senior Accountant to bolster our growing finance team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency with QuickBooks or SAP.

You will handle month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting support, and audits while ensuring accuracy and compliance. This full-time role offers relocation assistance for the right candidate and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience.
• Biometric passport is required.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks and SAP).
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Review and analyze financial data for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow statements.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Provide support during external audits.
• Train and supervise junior accountants.
