Job summary

Prospiro is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the accounting function at their office in Præstø, Denmark. This role comes with responsibilities such as ensuring quality and regulatory compliance in accounting processes, managing relationships with external partners, and leading a small finance team.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in accounting, a solid understanding of Danish regulations, and will be fluent in English. Flexibility in work arrangements is offered, including remote options.

Qualifications

• At least 7–10 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a leadership role.
• Solid experience with Danish accounting regulations.
• Experience leading, coaching, or coordinating employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the accounting function.
• Ensure quality assurance of the general ledger and balance sheet.
• Manage relationships with auditors and external partners.
