Job summary

Dahua Technology Nordic is seeking a proactive Technical Pre-sales Engineer to support growth in security solutions. You will bridge product, sales, and customers, designing tailored security solutions and enabling partners through training.

You will collect customer feedback, support tender projects, and provide technical input for proposals while collaborating with marketing, product, and HQ teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in technical pre-sales / solution engineering.
• Experience in security, CCTV, or ICT industry preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product and solution training to customers, partners, installers and sales teams.
• Conduct certification training and support customer enablement.
• Demonstrate product features, selling points, and use cases.
