Job summary

The LEGO Group in Copenhagen is seeking a store team member to greet guests, operate the cash register, and maintain a clean, engaging store environment. You will support stockroom duties, receive merchandise, and help uphold LEGO Brand Retail visual standards.

This role supports a hybrid work policy with a mix of in-office and store duties, and offers benefits to help you thrive in a collaborative, playful workplace.

Qualifications

  • Experience in frontline customer service or retail is beneficial.
  • Ability to greet guests and handle cash register duties.
  • Willingness to maintain clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment.

  • Maintain clean, safe, and visually stimulating store displays per LEGO Brand Retail standards.
  • Safely operate the store stockroom and assist in receiving merchandise, adhering to safety rules.

Job Description Core Responsibilities

Tasks will be assigned by floor leader in duty.

  • Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
  • Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO Brand Retail visual standards
  • Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LBR standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations

Typically responsible for Store operational tasks in duty.
