Job summary

LEGO Group in Denmark seeks a customer-focused retail team member to welcome guests, handle cash transactions, and contribute to a clean, visually engaging store environment. You will help maintain stock areas and learn LEGO Brand Retail standards while supporting merchandise receiving.

The role offers a collaborative, safety-conscious workplace with a focus on guest experience, product display, and teamwork within a store setting across LEGO locations in the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or guest service is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfort with cash handling and basic POS operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage cash register functions with a professional, friendly manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment following LEGO Brand Retail standards.
• Assist stockroom operations and learn safety regulations while supporting merchandise receiving.

Core Responsibilities

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest that visits our LEGO stores by greeting every guest in your location, performing all cash register functions and portraying a professional, gracious, friendly and engaging manner at all times
• Provide a clean, safe and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties, maintaining store displays and learning and executing LEGO Brand Retail visual standards
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom as you assist in the receiving of merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LBR standards, know and abide by all safety regulations and notify management of potential shortage situations
