Job summary

Element Logic Scandinavia is seeking a Solution Architect to lead technical advisory across Norway, Sweden, and Denmark. You will collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to craft robust, scalable intralogistics solutions that meet client objectives today and tomorrow.

You will travel across Scandinavia, engage with customers, and help shape delivery projects while contributing to sales processes and solution delivery. Start date by agreement.

Qualifications

• Experience in intralogistics or warehouse automation.
• Experience with AutoStore, shuttle systems, conveyors, or AMRs.
• Strong understanding of capacity, throughput and performance.
• Experience in solution design or technical consulting.
• Good IT infrastructure knowledge; familiarity with SQL Server, Windows Server, IIS.
• Familiarity with APIs and data formats (XML, JSON); C# is a plus.
• Ability to translate complex challenges into practical recommendations.
• Excellent English and at least one Scandinavian language.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Norway, Sweden and Denmark.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical and strategic advisor to customers across Norway, Sweden, and Denmark.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to develop relationships and identify opportunities.
• Analyze existing solutions and identify improvements and developments.
• Design, evaluate, and validate solutions focusing on capacity and scalability.
• Ensure solutions comply with standards, practices and product strategy.
• Provide technical assessments, estimates, and solution proposals.
• Prepare technical documentation and solution descriptions.
• Coordinate activities across Delivery, Software, Operations, and Support.
• Contribute to ongoing methods and standards; participate in customer training.
