Job summary

RDT is seeking a SCADA Server Infrastructure Engineer to deliver and maintain a stable, secure OT server foundation for energy-sector systems. You will manage both virtual and physical OT servers supporting SCADA, ensuring availability, backup, disaster recovery, and lifecycle governance.

Responsibilities include deployment, migrations, capacity planning, and security- and audit-ready documentation. Strong cross-team collaboration and English proficiency are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in IT Infrastructure or computer engineering.
• Experience administering Windows and Linux systems.
• Hands-on with virtualization (VMware/vSAN).
• Server hardware like Dell, HPE, IBM.
• Backup/DR and patch management experience (e.g., Veeam).
• Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, certificates, domain services in Windows Server.
• Security tooling such as Trend Micro Deep Security; familiarity with Splunk/Syslog.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, deploy, and manage virtual and physical OT server environments.
• Perform server lifecycle assessments and upgrade roadmaps.
• Execute server replacements and migrations.
• Design, validate backup, restore, HA, and failover solutions.
• Monitor performance, health, and capacity.
• Analyze incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in design reviews and readiness exercises.
• Plan tasks, document results, and share knowledge.
• Support audit requirements.
