Job summary

Arla Foods amba is seeking a Salesforce-focused engineer to join the IT & Digital Farmers product team in Aarhus. You will work on Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Service, collaborating with architects and developers to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

You will own builds end‑to‑end, contribute to coding standards, and explore AI/agentic tooling to improve delivery and value for farmers and Arla’s sustainability agenda. Excellent English is essential.

Qualifications

Solid knowledge of Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, APIs) and best practices.
Excellent English communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to non‑tech stakeholders.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, global team.

Responsibilities

Develop robust applications on the Salesforce platform across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Field Service.
Collaborate with stakeholders and architects to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Maintain coding standards, design patterns, and manage technical debt.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and evaluate AI/agentic tooling applicability.
