Job summary

Arla Foods is seeking a highly motivated Salesforce professional to join the farmers product team within IT & Digital in Denmark. You will develop robust applications using Apex, LWC, Flows, and CI/CD, contributing to data-driven solutions that support sustainable dairy farming for farmers and Arla's sustainability agenda.

You will own end-to-end build solutions, collaborate with architects and developers, and apply best practices.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Salesforce platform including Apex, LWC, and APIs.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders, architects and developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Wamiliarity with agentic engineering tools and AI-assisted development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust applications using Salesforce toolbox: Apex, LWC, Flows, CI/CD.
• Manage and mitigate technical debt; own build solutions from build to operations.
• Design coding standards, best practices, and patterns; guide teams in implementation.
• Stay updated with Salesforce updates and apply new features across projects.

How You Will Make An Impact

You will be working with development on the Salesforce platform across multiple clouds, namely Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Field Service solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects and developers to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions. We actively use agentic engineering tools in our daily development workflow to maximize the quality and speed of what we deliver, and we are curious about incorporating AI into the solutions our farmers use, when it genuinely adds value. You will join the farmers product team within IT & Digital, where you will take part in securing implementation of digital initiatives in relation to our business area by

• Developing robust applications using your Salesforce toolbox, including Apex, LWC, Flows, CI/CD
• Managing and mitigate technical debt
• Full ownership of the build solutions from build to operations
• Staying updated with Salesforce platform updates, new features and industry best practices and apply and guide the teams
• Playing a key role in designing and establishing coding standards, best practices, and design patterns for development
• Working with agentic engineering tools as a natural part of the development process, and helping us evolve how we use them

• Excellent English skills and the ability to communicate technical solutions to individuals with varying levels of technical understanding
