Job summary

GN Store Nord A/S, through FalCom, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to bridge Sales, Operations and R&D by owning the commercial data foundation. You will manage data flows between sales, customers, and departments to support sales forecasting and decision-making.

You will ensure accuracy in CRM and ERP data, enter opportunities, maintain master data for quotes and orders, and support reporting with Excel or PowerBI. Fluency in English is required, with a collaborative, data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in a support or project coordination role is preferred.
• Ability to navigate across the organization under pressure or uncertainty.
• Motivation for working with data and systems and ensuring accuracy.
• Experience in a technical/engineering led organization is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic PowerBI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate sales data in CRM and ERP systems to ensure high accuracy.
• Enter and manage opportunities and master data for quotes and orders.
• Maintain data flows for price lists, payments, orders, and logistics support.
• Prepare quotes, sales reports, and other materials for meetings as needed.
• Coordinate with Operations on purchase orders, shipments and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product Management on test and evaluation equipment needs.
