Job summary

FalCom, part of GN Group, located at HQ in Ballerup, seeks a Sales Coordinator to bridge Sales, Operations and R&D with a focus on commercial data foundations. You will ensure data accuracy across systems and drive insightful decision-making.

The role emphasizes data quality, process ownership, and collaboration across departments in a technical environment, with English required for all communications.

Qualifications

• Preferably a few years of experience in a support or project coordination role.
• Able to navigate across the organization under pressure or uncertainty.
• Motivated by working with data and systems and take pride in ensuring accuracy.
• Working in a technical / engineering led organization is a plus.
• You take ownership and see yourself as the go-to person for CRM systems and sales tools, plus basic reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain system records: updating and validating sales data in HighStage for CRM & PLM, and Microsoft D365 for ERP and related tools.
• Enter and maintain opportunities in the CRM and manage master data for quotes, work requests or orders.
• Manage master data: price lists, payments, order confirmations, and logistics/incoterms.
• Support Sales with quotes, sales reports, and materials for meetings.
• Coordinate with Operations on PO acceptance, shipments and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with R&D and Product Management on test & evaluation equipment for user trials.
