Job summary

DinnerBooking ApS is seeking a Sales Manager for the Norwegian market, based in Copenhagen. You will drive outbound sales, engage Norwegian restaurants, and move opportunities through the full sales cycle.

Excellent Norwegian and English communication, plus a structured approach to pipeline management, are essential. You will join an international sales team, receive product and process training, and have the opportunity to directly impact growth in Norway with a performance-based compensation

Qualifications

We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Sales Manager based in Copenhagen to grow our customer base in Norway. You will combine your Norwegian language skills and understanding of the market with a structured approach to outbound sales.

Your role

You will be responsible for engaging restaurants in Norway. You will join an ambitious international sales team, share ideas and work together to turn opportunities into lasting customer relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

Contacting potential customers in the Norwegian restaurant market.

Starting conversations through outbound calls and emails and following up.

Conducting online meetings and product demonstrations in Norwegian.

Managing the sales process from first contact to signed agreement.

Maintaining a structured and updated pipeline in our CRM system.

Working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth handover and onboarding for new customers.

What you bring

You are based in Copenhagen.

Fluency in Norwegian and a good command of English, both spoken and written.

A minimum of one year of experience in outbound sales.

Confidence in opening doors, starting conversations, and building relationships.

A structured approach to managing your pipeline and following up on opportunities.

A proactive mindset and the ability to stay motivated and take ownership of your results.
