Job summary

JACK & JONES in Brande, Denmark, is seeking a sales support coordinator to ensure orders, products and information move smoothly between customers, Sales and Buying. You will collaborate with the sales team to maintain a strong customer flow and play a pivotal role in supporting daily operations.

You will build a broad network across JACK & JONES and our customers, gaining insight into how an international sales organisation works from the inside, with room to grow and take on more

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish.

• Experience from sales support or another administrative role preferred.

YOUR TEAM
You’ll join our international sales team at the JACK & JONES headquarters in Brande, where we work with our southern European markets.
Your closest team consists of eight colleagues working hands-on with the daily sales operations and our customers in Spain. We work closely together, share what we know and help each other when things get busy. You don’t need to know everything from day one. There’ll be people around you to help you get up to speed.

YOUR ROLE
You’ll play an important part in keeping things running smoothly for our customers and sales team in Spain. Working closely with our sales responsible and sales representatives, you’ll handle the coordination and follow-up that keeps orders, products and information moving.
You’ll also be an important link between our customers, Sales and Buying, giving you a broad network across JACK & JONES.

More specifically, you will:

• Process orders and follow up on orders and stock
• Coordinate product distribution to our customers
• Work closely with Sales and Buying to ensure a smooth sales flow
• Stay in close contact with customers and sales colleagues
• Support collection meetings, sales events and fairs
• Help identify and follow up on opportunities to optimise sales with our customers and partners.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is fluent in written and spoken Spanish
• Has strong English skills
• Works in a structured and proactive way
• Ideally has experience from sales support or another administrative role.
